Ingredients

  • 5 - fish slices
  • 2 tbsp - all purpose flour
  • 5 - Green chillies
  • 1 inch - Ginger piece
  • 3 - Garlic pods
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Lime to taste
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 2 - beaten Egg
  • How to Make Fish Crumb Fry:

    1. Clean the fish, slice and keep aside.
    2. Grind chillies, garlic, cumin, and ginger.
    3. Add salt and lime juice to the ground masala and apply it to the fish slices and leave it for 30 minutes.
    4. Dip each slice in flour and beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
    5. Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
