Ingredients

  • 1 pound - fish boneless
  • 1 tsp - all-purpose flour
  • 2 to 3 tsp - corn flour
  • 2 to 3 tsp - lemon juice
  • 3 to 4 pinches - food color (orange)
  • 1.5 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Cilantro for garnishing
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Fish Deep Fry

  • Take boneless fish and cut into thin long pieces.
  • Sprinkle all-purpose flour, corn flour and orange food colour in fish. Add lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
  • Mix it well and keep in refrigerator for about 1 hour for marinating, mixing occasionally so that all the ingredients blend.
  • Take oil in pan, let it heat on high flame and deep fry the fish pieces.
  • Finally garnish with cilantro.
