Ingredients

  • 1 pound - fish boneless
  • 1 tsp - all-purpose flour
  • 2 to 3 tsp - Corn flour
  • 2 to 3 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 3 to 4 pinches - food color (orange)
  • 1.5 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Cilantro for garnishing
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Fish Deep Fry:

    1. Take boneless fish and cut into thin long pieces.
    2. Sprinkle all-purpose flour, corn flour and orange food colour in fish. Add lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
    3. Mix it well and keep in refrigerator for about 1 hour for marinating, mixing occasionally so that all the ingredients blend.
    4. Take oil in pan, let it heat on high flame and deep fry the fish pieces.
    5. Finally garnish with cilantro.
