Ingredients

  • 3 - fish fillets
  • 1 - onion, cut
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Half Lemon and coriander for garnish
  • How to Make Fish Fillet Fry:

    1. Wash fish fillets and cut into cubes.
    2. In a pan, add oil, jeera, green chillies, and onions.
    3. Fry till the onions are light brown in colour.
    4. Then add ginger-garlic paste and turmeric.
    5. Add fish cubes. Fry for 5 to 6 minutes.
    6. Add garam masala and salt. Fry till the fish is cooked.
    7. Garnish with lemon pieces and coriander.
