How to Make Fish Fillet Fry

  • Wash fish fillets and cut into cubes.
  • In a pan, add oil, jeera, green chillies, and onions.
  • Fry till the onions are light brown in colour.
  • Then add ginger-garlic paste and turmeric.
  • Add fish cubes. Fry for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Add garam masala and salt. Fry till the fish is cooked.
  • Garnish with lemon pieces and coriander.
