  • 500g - fish fillets
  • 1 - small cucumber, sliced
  • 30g - Butter
  • 2 tsp - fresh green peppercorns
  • 3 tbsp - white wine
  • 6 tbsp - Cream
  • 1 tsp - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - Thyme

How to Make Fish Fillets in Green Peppercorn Sauce

  • Wash fillets, and pat dry with kitchen towel.
  • Mix wine, salt, cream, and peppercorns; add fish fillets and mix well.
  • Place the butter on the plate and heat for a minute.
  • Add fish fillets and cook for 2 minutes on the plate.
  • Turn the fish fillets and cook again for another 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with green chillies, cucumber, and thyme. Serve hot.
