Ingredients

  • 1 - Fish, cut into medium sized pieces
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1.25 tsp- Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 3 - Cloves, powdered
  • 2 - Cardamoms, powdered
  • 5 tsp - Oil
  • Parsley- a few leaves
  • 1 tsp -Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Fish Fry:

    1. Wash the fish thoroughly in warm water with some salt.
    2. Now take a bowl combine the fish pieces, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, red chillies powder, cloves, elaichi, lemon juice and salt to taste and marinate for at least 1/2 an hour.
    3. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated fish pieces one by one until brown.
    4. Garnish with fried onions, lemon pieces and parsley.
    5. Serve hot.
