Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg- fish
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil
  • Grind coarsely:
  • 1 bunch- Cilantro small
  • 1/2 piece-ginger
  • 4 cloves- Garlic
  • 4- Green chillies
  • 1/2- Onion
  • 1/4 tsp- Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp- Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp- coriander powder
  • 1 tsp- Lime
  • 1/4 tsp- Garam Masala powder
  • Salt
  • How to Make Fish in Green Masala:

    1. Marinate the fish (of your choice) with all the masalas and grind well.
    2. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours and then dip in bread crumbs and fry.
    3. Serve with onions and lime.
