Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg- fish
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil
  • Grind coarsely:
  • 1 bunch- cilantro small
  • 1/2 piece-ginger
  • 4 cloves- garlic
  • 4- green chillies
  • 1/2- onion
  • 1/4 tsp- turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp- red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp- coriander powder
  • 1 tsp- lime
  • 1/4 tsp- garam masala powder
  • Salt

How to Make Fish in Green Masala

  • Marinate the fish (of your choice) with all the masalas and grind well.
  • Marinate for 2 to 3 hours and then dip in bread crumbs and fry.
  • Serve with onions and lime.
