Apply salt and turmeric to the cleaned fish fillets. Keep it for 1/2 hour.
Mix together all the ingredients in lemon juice (except oil and rice flour) to make masala.
Apply this masala to the fish and let it marinate for 1-2 hours.
Heat a fry pan and add 1 tbsp oil and let it heat.
Then roll each fish fillet in the rice flour.
Shallow fry till light brown on medium flame.
Remove when fried on both sides.
