Ingredients

  • 2 cups - besan
  • 1/2 cup - sooji
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1 cup - ghee.

How to Make Flavoursome Besan Ladoos

  • In a glass container, put besan and sooji and microwave on 100 per cent power for 3 minutes.
  • Stir it with a fork and then microwave on 80 per cent power for 4 minutes.
  • Stir again and microwave again on 80 per cent power for 4-5 minutes.
  • Let it cool a little. Then, add ghee and ground sugar to it.
  • Make ladoos.
  • You could also add a pinch of cardamom powder and a few sliced almonds to the mixture before making ladoos.
