Ingredients

  • Banana (cut into small cubes) - 1
  • Apple (peeled and cut into small cubes) - 1
  • Green Grapes (deseeded and chopped) - 50 g
  • Black Grapes (deseeded and chopped) - 50 g
  • Orange (deseeded and chopped) - 1
  • strawberries (chopped) - 3-4
  • Cherries (deseeded and chopped) - 8-10
  • Raisins - 10-15
  • Cream - 100 g
  • Yogurt (fresh) - 125 g
  • Sugar - 2-3 tbsp
  • Black salt/salt to taste
  • White pepper (optional) - A pinch or two
  • How to Make Flavoursome Fruit Salad:

    1. Take yogurt in a bowl, add sugar and beat nicely.
    2. Add cream and mix to form a uniform mixture.
    3. Add all the fruits one by one while mixing well.
    4. Lastly, add salt and pepper and mix well.
    5. Decorate with strawberries or cherries and grapes and serve chilled.
