Ingredients

  • 500 g - Carrot
  • 1 - onion, medium sized
  • 4 tsp - oil
  • 3 tsp - thick Curd
  • 2 tsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Flavoursome Gajar Ka Korma:

    1. Chop the onions finely. Chop the carrots into 2 cm cubes.
    2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute them for a few minutes.
    3. Now add the chopped carrots, red chilli powder and salt, then saute them for a while.
    4. Add the chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar and saute for a while.
    5. Now add some water and let it cook for 5 mins.
    6. Now add the garam masala and mix it well.
    7. Add the curds to it. Let it simmer for 5 mins more.
    8. Top it with chopped coriander and serve it hot.
