  • 4 cups - Bread flour or Wheat flour
  • 2 tsp - Flax seeds
  • 2 tsp - Active Dry yeast
  • 1 cup - Luke warm water
  • 3 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • How to Make Flax Seeds Bread Roll:

    1. Add the active dry yeast to the lukewarm water with sugar and salt, mix everything well and let it sit in a warm place for 5 minutes until the yeast turns foamy.
    2. M ix together the bread flour, flax seeds, and gradually add the foamy yeast, olive oil (add water if needed) into a soft dough.
    3. Grease a bowl and place the dough, let it sit for an hour in a warm place.
    4. After an hour the dough would have doubled in volume.
    5. Punch down the dough and make out 6-8 medium sized balls and roll them into dinner rolls.
    6. Line a baking sheet on a baking tray, and place the dinner rolls and let it sit again for half an hour in a warm place covered with a towel.
    7. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
    8. Place the baking tray in the middle rack and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust turns brown.
    9. Serve warm.
