How to Make Flax Seeds Bread Roll

  • Add the active dry yeast to the lukewarm water with sugar and salt, mix everything well and let it sit in a warm place for 5 minutes until the yeast turns foamy.
  • M ix together the bread flour, flax seeds, and gradually add the foamy yeast, olive oil (add water if needed) into a soft dough.
  • Grease a bowl and place the dough, let it sit for an hour in a warm place.
  • After an hour the dough would have doubled in volume.
  • Punch down the dough and make out 6-8 medium sized balls and roll them into dinner rolls.
  • Line a baking sheet on a baking tray, and place the dinner rolls and let it sit again for half an hour in a warm place covered with a towel.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place the baking tray in the middle rack and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust turns brown.
  • Serve warm.
