Ingredients

  • 1 large - Chicken, cut into bits
  • 1 litre - Water
  • 1 tsp - Lime juice
  • 8 - Medium green chillies, minced
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger, minced
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper Corns
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 10 - Biscuits, powdered
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/2 kg - Ghee/ clarified Butter
  • Tomato ketchup

How to Make Fried Chicken Chops

  • Cut the chicken into pieces, suitable for frying.
  • Boil the chops in salted water until tender.
  • Once cooked, take the pieces out of the water, drain and dab dry.
  • Squeeze some lime juice on the pieces.
  • Mix minced garlic, ginger, green chillies, pepper corns, salt with the meat pieces and roll them in the biscuits crumbs.
  • Dip the rolled meat pieces in the beaten egg and fry in a deep pan, with ghee.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
