Ingredients

  • 3 - Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 - onion, cubed
  • 1 - tomato, cubed
  • 1 - capsicum, cubed
  • 100 g - Onion paste
  • 1/2 tsp - grated Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - grated Garlic
  • 3 tbsp - Tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Haldi powder
  • 1 tsp - Jeera powder
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 4 tsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

How to Make Fried Chicken Tikka

  • In a heat proof shallow dish, heat oil in microwave for a minute.
  • Add ginger, garlic, the chopped vegetables, onion paste, tomato puree, chilli powder, haldi, jeera powder, and salt and mix well.
  • Add chicken cubes and mix well (no need to add water).
  • Cover and microwave on High for 4-5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, chaat masala and lemon juice.
