Ingredients

  • 3 - Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 - onion, cubed
  • 1 - tomato, cubed
  • 1 - capsicum, cubed
  • 100 g - Onion paste
  • 1/2 tsp - grated Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - grated Garlic
  • 3 tbsp - Tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Haldi powder
  • 1 tsp - Jeera powder
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 4 tsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Fried Chicken Tikka:

    1. In a heat proof shallow dish, heat oil in microwave for a minute.
    2. Add ginger, garlic, the chopped vegetables, onion paste, tomato puree, chilli powder, haldi, jeera powder, and salt and mix well.
    3. Add chicken cubes and mix well (no need to add water).
    4. Cover and microwave on High for 4-5 minutes.
    5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, chaat masala and lemon juice.
