Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - fish roe
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp - oil or Butter
  • 2 -onions chopped finely
  • Salt
  • 2 -green chillies chopped finely
  • How to Make Fried Fish Roe:

    1. Wash and cut the fish roe into thick slices about an inch in thickness.
    2. Coat it with the salt and pepper.
    3. Heat oil or butter in a pan till smoky and fry the onions and green chillies till golden.
    4. Add the fish roe and fry till brown.
    5. It will taste like scrambled eggs.
