How to Make Fried Okra

  • Take the fresh okras, cut the top portion off and slice into four till the bottom.
  • Mix red chilli powder and salt, and stuff into the okra. Repeat for all the okras and roll the okra over in the corn flour.
  • Finally drop the okras in pan with the oil and fry till they are crispy.
