Ingredients

  • 1 Kg - boneless Pork loin cut into long thin slices
  • 1/2 cup - flour or Maida
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - pepper powder
  • How to Make Fried Pork Loin Strips:

    1. Marinate the pork strips with the vinegar, flour, salt, pepper and butter and set aside for about one hour.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and simmer the pork strips turning them over occasionally till they are tender and well browned all over.
    3. Add some water while cooking if required.
    4. Serve as a side dish with other curries and rice.
