  • 6 - large potatoes
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder

How to Make Fried Potato Wedges

  • Wash the potatoes and cook until soft.
  • Remove the skins and cut into thick wedges.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry the potato wedges until brown.
  • Transfer to a plate and sprinkle salt and chilli powder.
