Ingredients

  • 2 - large potatoes, peeled and cut into medium size pieces
  • 1 kg - Brinjal (long) cut lengthwise into 4 pieces
  • 3 - whole Red Chilli broken in 2 pieces
  • 2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Fried Potatoes with Brinjal

  • Heat 3 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds and chillies, fry for few mins.
  • Add vegetable, salt and saute further.
  • Cover and cook on low heat till vegetables are done.
