Ingredients

  • 4-5 pieces - good salt fish or Bombay duck
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 4 tbsp - oil

How to Make Fried Salt Fish

  • Soak the salt fish in a little water for about 15 minutes then wash well.
  • Mix in the chillies powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt.
  • Heat the oil in a flat pan and fry the salt fish pieces till nice and brown.
