Ingredients

  • 4-5 - pieces of tofu
  • 2 - spring onions
  • 1/2 cup - bean sprouts
  • 2- green chillies
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp - urad dhal
  • 2 - dried chillies

How to Make Fried Tofu (Soybean Curd) Curry

  • Fry the tofu in a little oil after seasoning it with turmeric powder, chilli powder & salt. Once it turns golden brown, keep it aside.
  • In the same oil add mustard seeds, urad dhal, 2 dried chillies & fry till the mustard seeds splutter.
  • Then add green chillies, spring onions & bean sprouts and fry them for a short while.
  • Add salt while cooking.
  • Now you may add the pre-fried tofu and allow it to blend for 10 minutes.
