  • 600 ml. Milk
  • 4 tbsp. sieved blackcurrant jam or 150 ml. fresh blackcurrant puree
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 6 scoops of vanilla ice-cream

How to Make Frosted Blackcurrant Float

  • Whisk together the milk, jam or puree, with the honey in a blender and chill well.
  • Pour into tall glasses and top each with small scoops of vanilla ice-cream.
