Ingredients

  • 3 cups - Hung yogurt
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Rose syrup
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • Chocolate sprinkles for serving
  • How to Make Frozen Rose Yogurt:

    1. Mix well the hung yogurt, sugar, rose syrup and cardamom powder in a bowl.
    2. Transfer it to the ice-cream maker and prepare par instructions or else pour it in a stainless steel box.
    3. Let it sit for 2 hours in the freezer. Take out the box and beat the slightly frozen yogurt in a blender.
    4. Pour it again in the box and let them sit for overnight.
    5. Scoop out the frozen rose yogurt and serve topped with chocolate sprinkles.
