How to Make Fruit and Cheese Salad

  • Remove the seeds from the grapes and cut them into halves.
  • Slice the bananas and add the lime juice to preserve the colour.
  • Chill the cheese until hard.
  • Chop the cheese and toss together with the fruit.
  • Pile on to a bed of lettuce and serve with mayonnaise.
