Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 2/3 cup - Orange juice
  • 1/2 - melon
  • 1/2 - Papaya
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp - gelatine powder
  • 1 tbsp - water
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • How to Make Fruit and Jelly Salad:

    1. Soften gelatine powder in water for 5 minutes.
    2. Add sugar to milk and warm. Then add the gelatine mixture to it.
    3. When gelatine is dissolved, add yoghurt and mix well.
    4. Pour the jelly into a tray and refrigerate.
    5. Cut melon, papaya and jelly into bite-size cubes and place in a parfait glass.
    6. Mix orange juice with lemon juice and pour over them.
