Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 1 loaf - Bread
  • Fruits of your choice (cut very small)
  • 3 tsp - Custard powder
  • 6 -8 tsp - Sugar
  • Chocolate sauce/ jam
  • Ice-cream

How to Make Fruit Ball

  • Cut the sides of the bread, dip the bread in milk and squeeze it.
  • Add fruits to it and make balls.
  • Keep the balls in the freezer till they are set (but not too hard).
  • Boil milk, add custard powder and sugar, mix until in cooks and thickens. Let it cool.
  • In a bowl, place the fruit balls, add custard and top with ice cream and chocolate sauce/jam.
  • You can use waffle sticks or Pickwick biscuits for decoration.
