  • Fruits (1 mango, 1 wood apple, 1 banana, 1 avacado or any other fruit of your choice)
  • 6 ½ cups water
  • 1 small tin condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 4 tbsp. Sugar (optional)

How to Make Fruit Milk

  • Scrape out thin pulp.
  • Beat together with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Serve chilled.
