  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup - thawed frozen fruits
  • 2 tbsp - icing Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 1/8 tsp - Nutmeg
  • 2 to 3 - drops vanilla essence
  • How to Make Fruit Omelette:

    1. Separate the eggs. Lightly beat the yolk and icing.
    2. Whisk the whites till stiff.
    3. Add vanilla essence and nutmeg.
    4. Fold in the yolk.
    5. Heat 1 tbsp butter. Pour 1/2 of egg mixture.
    6. When it sizzles, pour the remaining half of the mixture.
    7. Use spatula to gently push cooked portions to the centre, tilting the pan to allow the uncooked egg to flow into empty spaces.
    8. Continue to do this until omelette is set but still moist.
    9. Let it cook on slow flame till it is golden from top.
    10. Spread half of fruits on half of omelette.
    11. Let it cook for 1/2 a minute.
    12. Slide into plate. Fold over the other half.
    13. Repeat for other omelette.
    14. Serve hot.
