Ingredients

  • 1 - basic vanilla icecream
  • 1/2 cup - Raisins
  • 1/4 cup - Chopped crystallized Ginger
  • 1/2 cup - Crushed Almond macaroons
  • 1/2 cup - Rum of brandy
  • 1/2 cup - Chopped Cherries glace
  • 1/2 cup - Chopped mixed peel
  • How to Make Fruity Ice-cream Bomb:

    1. Soak all the above fruits in rum or brandy, except macaroons.
    2. Next day fold all this with crushed macaroons in the vanilla ice cream.
    3. Turn it all in a foil-lined mould and freeze overnight,
    4. Invert on a platter, decorate with some cream and cherries and serve.
    5. If the fruits can be soaked for 3 to 4 days, the flavor is better.
