Ingredients

  • Fruits:
  • 1 - big Guava
  • 2 - Orange
  • 2 - Banana
  • 1 - granny smith Apple
  • 1 - red Apple
  • Vegetables:
  • 2 - boiled or roasted Potato
  • 2 - red Tomato
  • 2 - Cucumber
  • 1 -boiled or roasted Sweet Potato
  • For dressing:
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup - Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - Orange juice
  • Spices:
  • 2 tbsp - roasted Cumin seeds powder
  • 2 tsp - dried Mint leaves
  • 2 tsp - Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Rock Salt
  • 2 tbsp - chaat masala
  • How to Make Fruity n veggie chaat:

    1. Roast cumin seeds in a non-stick pan, make powder and keep aside.
    2. Cut all fruits and vegetables in cubes.
    3. Fry potato cubes till golden colour
    4. In a bowl add olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice and mix well.
    5. Add all the spices and the dressing into the fruits and vegetables, toss well and serve chilled.
