Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sugar (according to your taste)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Cloves Cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp rose essence
  • 1 - 2 cups mixed fruits and nuts (banana, tangerines, grapes, strawberries, raisins, almonds)
  • How to Make Fruity Tomato Pachadi:

    1. Take water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
    2. Add tomatoes and cook till the skin peals off. Blend to a puree.
    3. Pour it back into the saucepan and add sugar, honey, cardamom and raisins.
    4. Once it thickens, add rose essence.
    5. Cool it down and add your favourite fruits and nuts.
