Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sugar (according to your taste)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Cloves Cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp rose essence
  • 1 - 2 cups mixed fruits and nuts (banana, tangerines, grapes, strawberries, raisins, almonds)

How to Make Fruity Tomato Pachadi

  • Take water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  • Add tomatoes and cook till the skin peals off. Blend to a puree.
  • Pour it back into the saucepan and add sugar, honey, cardamom and raisins.
  • Once it thickens, add rose essence.
  • Cool it down and add your favourite fruits and nuts.
