Ingredients

  • 60 g - dosa powder
  • 2 tbsp - mixed fruit jam
  • 30 ml - ghee
  • 100 ml - water
  • 100 g - Diced mixed fruit
  • 1 tbsp - powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - butter

How to Make Fun Fruit Wrap

  • To make dosa batter:
  • Add dosa powder in warm water and mix well.
  • To proceed:
  • Heat a non-stick pan. Add ghee and rub well.
  • Add dosa batter (60 g) in a pan and spread evenly. Cook well on all sides.
  • Spread mixed fruit jam on the dosa
  • Toss sliced fruits in hot butter and sugar. Fill the mixture in the dosa
  • Roll the dosa and serve.
