How to Make

  • Soak kokum in 2 glasses of water for 3 hours. Strain and discard the pulp.
  • Add the sugar, salt, and hing. Mix till the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the crushed garlic, chopped chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Add water if needed and adjust salt and spices to taste.
  • Serve chilled.
