Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Pork
  • 2 bunches - Colocasia leaves Mutha
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 2 - Potatoes
  • 1 garlic, whole
  • 5 - dry chillies (or 1 - dry Bhoot Jolokia)
  • 3 - Green chillies (don't add if prepared with Bhoot Jolokia)
  • 3 tbsp - Mustard oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Gahorir logot Kosu Xaak:

    1. Marinate the pork with a paste of tomato, garlic and dry chilli.
    2. Heat mustard oil in a pressure cooker.
    3. Cut and add the Colocasia leaves, potatoes, green chillies and salt with the marinated pork.
    4. Fry for a minute or two.
    5. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for say 4-5 whistles.
    6. Serve.
