How to Make Garam pepper Chicken

  • Clean the chicken and put it into a non-stick kadai with some salt, coriander powder, cinnamon powder and some water.
  • Add water just so that the chicken is covered. Cook till chicken is tender (30 mins max).
  • Take another kadai with oil, fry the onions and green chillies in them till golden.
  • You can start frying the onions when the chicken is 3/4 done.
  • Add the chicken, coriander powder, garam masala, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and check for salt.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
