Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Coconut
  • 4-5 - Red Chilli
  • Tamarind - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 8-10 flakes
  • Salt To taste
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • How to Make Garlic Coconut Chutney with tamarind:

    1. Heat oil, fry garlic till brown and remove.
    2. Roast red chillies in the remaining oil in the pan.
    3. Grind coconut with roasted garlic, chillies and tamarind to a paste, with some water. Add salt to taste.
