  • 12 slices - bread
  • Green chutney - 1/2 cup
  • 2 cups - chopped mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, tomato)
  • Salt as per taste
  • For chutney:
  • 1 bunch - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 5 to 6 Cloves - Garlic
  • Salt
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • How to Make Garlic Sandwich:

    1. Grind the coriander leaves, garlic, salt and green chilli to a smooth paste, adding a little water if required.
    2. Toast all the 12 slices of bread. Spread green chutney on all of them.
    3. Sprinkle the chopped vegetables over 6 slices, and cover them with the other 6.
    4. Cut them diagonally and serve.
