How to Make

  • Heat the ghee and pour it into the maida.
  • Allow it to cool, then mix well and make a dough.
  • Make small balls and press with a fork to shape them into shells. (Or if you have a gavvalapeeta, use it.)
  • Meanwhile, add a cup of water to the sugar and make a syrup with a 3-thread consistency.
  • Deep fry the shells, add them to the syrup and mix well.
  • Remove and dry on a tray. Serve.
