Ingredients

  • 250g - finger-shaped, fish pieces
  • 1/2 pod - Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1 - Ginger
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 - Egg
  • How to Make Ginger-garlic Fish fingers:

    1. Grind the ginger and garlic to a smooth paste.
    2. Marinate the fish with this paste and the rest of the ingredients (except the egg and crumbs) for 2 hours.
    3. Roll the fish in the beaten egg and bread crumbs, and deep-fry till golden brown in colour.
    4. Serve.
