  • 1 cup - Strawberry pieces + few pieces for serving
  • 1 cup - Raspberry pieces
  • 1 cup - Thick Yoghurt
  • 1 cup - Fresh Orange juice
  • 2 tbsp - Honey
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 1 - Star anise
  • 1 pinch - Nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp - Whipping cream

How to Make Gingery Berry Soup

  • Blend together the yoghurt, strawberries, raspberries and orange juice together.
  • Meanwhile heat the honey with some water.
  • Add the ginger pieces, cinnamon powder and star anise. Bring it to boil and put off the stove. Keep aside.
  • After a few minutes, strain the honey, add the ginger flavoured honey to the berry soup and serve with few strawberry pieces, whipping cream and nutmeg powder.
