How to Make Goan Style Fiery Chicken Kebabs

  • Extract 2 tbsp of tamarind juice
  • Mix chicken pieces with all other ingredients, except those for garnishing, in a bowl.
  • Let the chicken marinate for 1-2 hours at room temperature
  • Place on the dish and microwave on high uncovered for 2 mins
  • Let it stand for 1-2 mins Remove to a serving plate
  • Sprinkle some lemon juice, red chilli powder and coriander leaves. Serve hot
