Ingredients

  • 200 g - boneless Chicken cut into 1.5 inch
  • 2 tbsp - Tamarind juice
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - cornflour
  • 1 tsp - pepper
  • For garnishing:
  • Some Red Chilli powder, Lemon juice, Chopped Coriander leaves
  • How to Make Goan Style Fiery Chicken Kebabs:

    1. Extract 2 tbsp of tamarind juice
    2. Mix chicken pieces with all other ingredients, except those for garnishing, in a bowl.
    3. Let the chicken marinate for 1-2 hours at room temperature
    4. Place on the dish and microwave on high uncovered for 2 mins
    5. Let it stand for 1-2 mins Remove to a serving plate
    6. Sprinkle some lemon juice, red chilli powder and coriander leaves. Serve hot
