Ingredients

  • 2 cups - grated Cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup - Green peas
  • 1 - Onion
  • 3 tbsp - Tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala
  • How to Make Gobi (Cauliflower) ka kheema:

    1. In a pan add little oil and saute the grated cauliflower till it becomes slight golden brown.
    2. Keep it aside. Chop the onions finely.
    3. In a pan, add oil and add the chopped onions, when it becomes pink in colour add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes and the onions become golden brown.
    4. Add the tomato puree ( if using tomatoes just blanch them and make a puree) and mix well.
    5. Add the frozen peas, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder and garam masala.
    6. Now add cauliflower and mix well.
    7. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
    8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
