Ingredients

  • 1 kg - cauliflower, finely sliced
  • Juice of 2 Lime
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - dhani leaves, chopped
  • 2 tsp - jeera, dry roasted and ground coarsely
  • A pinch of Sugar
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt

How to Make Gobi Ni Salad

  • Combine all the above ingredients and mix well.
  • Chill and serve.
