How to Make Golden Cabbage Potato Pakoda

  • Cut the cabbage leaves, onions, potatoes into small pieces.
  • Mix these vegetables, chilli powder, salt and ginger with besan and rice flours.
  • Add a little water while mixing.
  • The mixture should not be too thick or too thin.
  • Heat oil in the frying pan.
  • Make small balls and flatten them with your fingers.
  • Deep fry these pakodas till they are golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce or as a side dish
