How to Make Golden Fried Pearl Prawns

  • Marinate prawn with lemon juice, salt, chilli flakes and pepper powder.
  • Leave for 30 mins in marinade.
  • Make a batter using eggs and refined flour seasonings.
  • Coat the prawns in the batter and dust evenly in semolina.
  • Heat oil in a fryer. Fry till golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedge.
