Ingredients

  • 16 - king Prawn
  • 50 ml - Lemon juice
  • 5 g - black pepper powder
  • 10 g - Red Chilli flakes
  • 2 - Egg
  • 50 g - Refined flour
  • 100 g - semolina
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry
  • How to Make Golden Fried Pearl Prawns:

    1. Marinate prawn with lemon juice, salt, chilli flakes and pepper powder.
    2. Leave for 30 mins in marinade.
    3. Make a batter using eggs and refined flour seasonings.
    4. Coat the prawns in the batter and dust evenly in semolina.
    5. Heat oil in a fryer. Fry till golden brown and crisp.
    6. Serve hot with lemon wedge.
