Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - fine edible gum crystals
  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar or to taste
  • 1 tsp - almonds, pounded coarsely
  • 1/4 tsp - desiccated Coconut
  • 1/4 tsp - pistachios, pounded coarsely
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 2 cups - water
  • How to Make Goondh Ki Raab:

    1. Heat ghee in a pan, add gum crystals.
    2. Once they finish popping, add water and mix well till dissolved.
    3. Bring to a boil, simmer and add all the other ingredients.
    4. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
    5. Serve hot as a soup.
    6. Best early drink on cold mornings.
