Ingredients

  • 3 cups white Oats
  • 1 cup - chopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup - slivered Almonds
  • 1/2 cup - Cashew nuts
  • 3/4 cup - chopped dried fruit mix (figs, dates, raisins)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cup - Honey
  • A pinch of salt

How to Make Granola crunchy

  • Combine all the dry ingredients except dry fruits in a large bowl.
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  • Spread the mixture on an oiled baking tray.
  • Bake in the oven set at 160 degrees C for an hour.
  • You might have to stir the mixture in between to break the lumps and cook the granola evenly.
  • Remove from oven and add the dried fruits.
  • Allow to cool completely and store in airtight containers.
