  • 3 cups white Oats
  • 1 cup - chopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup - slivered Almonds
  • 1/2 cup - Cashew nuts
  • 3/4 cup - chopped dried fruit mix (figs, dates, raisins)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cup - Honey
  • A pinch of salt
  • How to Make Granola crunchy:

    1. Combine all the dry ingredients except dry fruits in a large bowl.
    2. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
    3. Spread the mixture on an oiled baking tray.
    4. Bake in the oven set at 160 degrees C for an hour.
    5. You might have to stir the mixture in between to break the lumps and cook the granola evenly.
    6. Remove from oven and add the dried fruits.
    7. Allow to cool completely and store in airtight containers.
