Ingredients

  • 2 - medium size Carrots
  • 4 tsp - fresh Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp - Hing
  • salt to taste
  • chilli powder

How to Make Grated Carrot Pickle

  • Wash the carrots, peel and grate it. Add salt, chilli powder (as per your choice) and fresh lemon juice. Mix it well by hand for 5 minutes.
  • Now put some oil in the pan and add mustard seeds and hing.
  • When the mustard starts spluttering, switch off the stove and pour that in the chutney. Mix well.
