How to Make Green All-Purpose Chutney

  • Grind all the ingredients, except the oil and asafoetida, in mixer.
  • Now heat the oil and saute the asafoetida and add to the ingredients in the mixer.
  • Grind until smooth.
  • Avoid water to preserve the chutney for a longer period.
  • Store in a glass bottle.
  • Garnish with sev before serving.
