Ingredients

  • Two small Green apples
  • Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
  • Vinegar- 5 drops
  • Fenugreek seeds- 1/2 tsp
  • Asafetida powder- 1 pinch
  • Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
  • How to Make Green Apple Pickle:

    1. Cut apples into small pieces, add chilli powder and salt.
    2. Take oil in pan add mustard seeds, heat till seeds crackle. Immediately close the flame after adding fenugreek seeds, asafoetida and turmeric powder. Allow to cool.
    3. Then pour oil in the apples and you are ready to serve for lunch.
    4. Store in refrigerator in air tight container.
