  • Two small Green apples
  • Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
  • Vinegar- 5 drops
  • Fenugreek seeds- 1/2 tsp
  • Asafetida powder- 1 pinch
  • Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp

How to Make Green Apple Pickle

  • Cut apples into small pieces, add chilli powder and salt.
  • Take oil in pan add mustard seeds, heat till seeds crackle. Immediately close the flame after adding fenugreek seeds, asafoetida and turmeric powder. Allow to cool.
  • Then pour oil in the apples and you are ready to serve for lunch.
  • Store in refrigerator in air tight container.
