Ingredients

  • Maida flour - 1 cup
  • Milk Powder - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 2.5 cup
  • Green color powder - 2 pinches
  • Ghee - 2 tsp

How to Make Green Cake

  • Roast the maida in ghee till the raw flavour is lost. Keep aside. Let it cool.
  • Mix the maida with milk powder.
  • Make sugar syrup by adding a little water. Boil to a 2 string consistency. Immediately turn off the fire.
  • Add green colour to the syrup. Then add milk powder and maida.
  • Stir continuously till the white bubbles come. Pour over a greased plate.
